Your purchased tickets are saved in the "My Account" area, found by clicking the “My Account” button at the top right of the screen while logged in, under the Tickets tab. This tab displays ticket purchase history for the account.
After a purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to watch the show, as well as a receipt of purchase. If you purchased multiple tickets, a list of redemption codes will be included with your confirmation email.
If you cannot locate your confirmation receipt or email, please double-check junk and spam folders for messages from email@example.com.
