Step 1: Open Driift
Visit the Driift homepage on your preferred web browser.
Step 2: Create an account
To create a Driift account, click the "Sign In" button located at the top right of the Driift homepage and enter your email address when prompted. Upon submittal, you will be sent a link via email that includes a magic login link. Once clicked, you'll be taken back to the Driift homepage and signed into your newly created account.
*Note: If you don't see your login link appear in your email inbox, please be sure to check your spam/ junk folders, as these emails can occasionally land there due to email filtering.
Step 3: Confirm Profile Information
Now that you’re signed in, you can navigate to your account profile from the same menu area you used to sign up. On the "My Account" page, you can edit your name, email address, preferred timezone, preferred language, and view your event tickets & past purchases.
*Note: As many of our livestreams take place in international timezones, please be sure to double-check that yours is set correctly.
Step 4: Check out the shows, find one you like!
Return to the Driift homepage. You can go back to the homepage by clicking back in your browser, or by clicking the Driift logo at the top of the screen.
If you find a performance that interests you, click on the poster to visit the show page. Details on the show, including time, place, description, artist bios, and ticket prices can all be found here. When it's time for curtain call, return to this page. If you've purchased a ticket already, you will notice the "Buy Tickets" option now reads "You Have a Ticket!".
Step 5: Reserve your seat
After selecting a concert and clicking its poster, you will be taken to the information page. When you are ready to proceed to checkout, click "Buy Ticket." Confirm you have added the correct payment card, and click “Pay with Credit Card” once you’ve confirmed the details.
Step 6: That’s it!
Information on where, when, and how best to watch the show is will be included in your confirmation email.
This email, containing performance information and a receipt, will be sent to the email address associated with your profile.
