HOW TO REDEEM:
Step 1 - Sign in
First, navigate to the show page.
Once on the show page, click "Redeem a voucher for this show." and you will be taken to a screen that reads “Sign in or register to redeem your voucher”.
Enter your email address in the box beneath the words “Sign in or register to redeem your voucher” then click the “Send me a magic link to sign in” button.
If you don’t have a Driift account, we will automatically create one for you and we will email you a magic link that allows you to sign in. If you do have an existing account with us, we will also email you a magic link that will allow you to sign in (please check your Junk or Spam folder if you can’t find your email).
Step 2 - Enter your redemption code
Click the link in the email, enter your code into the “Redeem your voucher” box on the screen you are taken to, and click “Redeem”.
Step 3 - Enter the show
Once you have redeemed your code, an email will be sent to you confirming that you have a ticket. You can access the show by clicking the “Enter the show” button you can see on screen and in the confirmation email. You can also find this button on the show page.
Please note that redemption codes can only be redeemed once, and are only active for their designated show. Codes will grant access to the livestream and to any subsequent or on-demand replays, if applicable.
